Sales, pricing / terms & conditions
Books and other products may be listed for sale on this site.
Any prices shown are an invitation to treat, and a customer request is considered to be an
offer made by the purchaser. Acceptance only takes place when the offer is accepted by Zambezi Publishing on its terms and so notified to the purchaser, either by the processing of the request or by any
other means of communication considered appropriate to the transaction by Zambezi Publishing.
Terms of sale are normally shipment upon receipt of payment in full by Zambezi Publishing, unless otherwise
mutually agreed in writing in advance. Shipment is normally effected within three working days of receipt of payment in full, but occasionally this may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, e.g. an
out-of-stock situation. If the delay is unreasonably extended, we will revert to the purchaser to establish a mutually acceptable course of action, including cancellation/reversal of the transaction. The
foregoing notwithstanding, delivery time will not be of the essence in any transaction.
The purchaser may withdraw from a purchase within seven working days
following the date of sale, by giving
written notice of cancellation of the order. In such event, Zampub will refund the cost of the order - including shipping costs if the order was for £15 or more. If already shipped, the purchaser will be
liable for the cost of returning the items ordered, in original condition, by the same method they were shipped to the purchaser.
We will gladly replace any item found to be faulty in manufacture,
provided that the item is still available and in stock.
We cannot be held responsible for damage sustained in transit, nor for possible unsuitability of the product, or any other similar situations.
Title to the goods ordered will pass to the purchaser on delivery.
Any waiver or neglect of any terms & conditions by Zampub does not constitute a permanent change in the terms & conditions, nor a
waiver of Zampub’s rights or responsibilities of the purchaser, and will not affect the validity of any other part of these terms & conditions, nor will it limit Zampub’s ability to subsequently enforce
such rights.
Zampub reserves the right to make any changes in the specification of goods that may be required in order to conform to UK or European Union law, stautes or other regulations.
We will not
knowingly transact or deal with anyone under the age of 18, without prior permission from their parents or guardians.
Communication
We do try to answer all correspondence and emails,
but this is not always feasible - especially where personal inquiries
are concerned. These are often best dealt with in a professional
counseling environment, whether astrological or any other appropriate kind.
We try to help in suggesting a suitable route, but it is not always possible
to attend to such correspondence while running a very hectic business as well.
