Born in Lusaka, Zambia (then Northern Rhodesia), Jan has moved around a bit, through Zimbabwe (ex-Rhodesia), South Africa, west London and now lives with Sasha in the warmest part of England they could find - in Plymouth.

Jan has a background in banking and finance-related risk analysis. He spent more than 30 years with the Nedbank group in Southern Africa, becoming head of Nedbank’s Credit Audit division before he decided to leave and take up some of his other loves instead: fly fishing, astrology, DTP, publishing and fly fishing.

Sasha and Jan formed Zambezi Publishing recently, and most of their time at the moment is spent on developing the business. Hopefully fly fishing and golf will feature again some time in this new century...
