Vast resources available here, you could surf all day! Useful for the UK and Europe, delivery and cost-wise. |
|
|
|
Everybody knows this one, it’s a household word by now. Again, vast resources available, it’s based in the States and more practical for folks in the States.
However, with territorial rights issues still in place, there are many UK/European books that aren’t available in the States, so you may need to use a UK bookshop sometimes. |
|
|
|
The Astrology Shop in London’s fashionable Covent Garden, run by astrologer Barry Street, offers a wide range of charts (available on the spot), software,
books and celestial products. The Shop is open every day, from 11:00 am. The website address, email & phone numbers have changed - these are now
the latest details. Terrestrial abode unchanged. |
|
Barnes & Noble |
Here’s a name that’s getting to be a bit better known in the UK. An established leading terrestrial bookshop chain in the States, they are also into
the Internet, and who knows, perhaps into the UK in time... here’s a link to their website, have a look for yourselves. |
Bol.com |
So, you’re searching for that book... so, it looks as if it doesn’t exist, it isn’t listed in your favorite bookshop sites. Well, there are strict
territorial rules about who can sell what, where. If the book only sells in the UK, then it won’t be listed on USA sites, and so on. (Just look up Sasha Fenton in UK and USA bookshops, to see the difference).
So, Bol.com has sites in most of the major european countries, the UK, USA (Barnes & Noble), Hong Kong, Singapore, and more! Visit the main site - linked here - and you can go from country to
country, searching practically all the databases that exist. Now, that’s a really useful feature, especially if you don’t know where the book was released. |
Dymocks |
A large bookshop chain in Australia. Well-worth a browse, and they will carry a growing number of our titles, as well as many by Sasha that have
been released through other publishers. |
Equinox Astrology |
Equinox Astrology is now based in the Isle of Man. Astrologer Robert Currey (who set up the Astrology Shop in 1981) has moved to set up his new base
there. Now operating primarily from the web, telephone and exhibitions world-wide, you can order any of his unique range of charts and products on-line. These include the Equinox Persoanl Horoscopes, Lunar
Calendars, Astro*Intelligence Horoscopes by Liz Greene, beautiful Astro*Carto*Graphy Maps and analyses. |
|
|
Besides selling astrology books, Midheaven are also agents for Liz Greene’s excellent range of ASTRO*INTELLIGENCE reports, are a link to the Urania
Trust, and they distribute the annual “Yearbook of Worldwide Astrology” - if you don’t have a copy of this, you are missing out... the yearbook is a really first rate resource for international
astrological information, including bookshops, publishers, schools, international organizations, software, websites, journals, international events, etc, etc. Currently available for a donation
of £5 plus postage (check with them for up-to-date details), it’s a gold mine. |
