Any information of yours that we acquire is kept strictly confidential; we do not see or keep any financial information, e.g. credit card details - such information is only seen by our payment service provider (we only use respectable & reliable providers), and transmission is alway fully (SSL) secure.

We don't share or sell our mail lists to anyone, and our mailings are infrequent.

We may occasionally send you details of other organisations or products if these may be of interest to you, but we do not give anyone our lists. You are welcome to ask to be removed from any of our mail lists; just send us an email with "remove" in the subject line, and mention which list you are on - e.g. email, snailmail, etc.

Our shopping cart software may use cookies, and possibly other software as well, in future. Any cookies, whatever kind, are used only to identify you to us, so that we can understand and process whatever your needs may be. Currently, we have no time or inclination to even think about what to do with cookies. All we do know is that we would never knowingly use harmful or otherwise unacceptable cookies or other intrusive stuff. We like to see people coming back, not slagging us off...
You are always asked whether you wish to join/stay on our mailing lists. We hate spam and pushy tactics - we suffer from that kind of thing ourselves...
